まいにち日記 Daily-Diary 11/13
「まいにち」が皮肉でしかない、ダラダラ文章をネリネリする日記#3。
今日までカンボジアは5連休でした。独立記念日（9日）と季節行事の水祭り（10日から12日）が一緒になったお休みで、振替休日の最終日（13日）を除いて毎日花火がドンドンしていました。
この連休はネパールの首都カトマンズにいってヒマラヤ山脈を眺めながらゆっくりしようと考えていましたが、気が変わってプノンペンでのんびりすることにしました。しかし、プノンペン居残りが裏目に出て、勝手に留学中最大の精神的危機と戦うことになりました。どうでもいいですね。
連休最終日は、すこし行動意欲が出てTOEFL公式本を読みました。読むまでが大変なこの本は、開いたとたん好奇心にたいする容赦のない攻撃をするので、2時間で5行も読みました。
圧倒的に英語勉強のいい方法ではありませんが、今の僕にはダラダラ長く続けることが大事かと思いしばらく容認しようと思います。「とりあえず本を開く習慣を！」
TOEFLだけだと進捗がないので、「プノンペンの街並みを自転車で紹介するようなクラップ（ｒ）喝采動画」用のカメラを調べました。
GoProが高いのと、深センで少し勉強したこともあろ、中華アクションカメラを選びたいのですが、調べてもイマイチ釈然としませんでした。要件定義をもっとしっかりして、知識をつけて早めに決めたいと思います。
しっかり自分で時間と資金を管理できたらもう少し大胆になれますが、今はとても不安定で微妙な立場なので慎重にならざるを得ません。やや嘆かわしい。
カメラを調べる中で、「ヒカキンはヒットするまでの4年間ずっと継続していてえらい」というようなことが出てきました。本人も「好きなことで生きていく」と言っているように、動画投稿のプロセスが好きじゃないと4年も続かない。収益性とか将来性すべてを度外視できるほど好きでないと続けられないだろうと思いました。自分はなに好きかと考えて答えに窮しました。
遅い昼寝をしたら「続けないと好きかどうかもわからないし、好きにもなれない」という至極前田のせんべい的な解答が出てきました。ファーストコンタクトはランデブーではなくアクシデントという少女漫画の定石のように事は進むわけです。
一期一会にいちいちときめいて、（しかし漫画のようにはいかないので）脈ありかもとすかさずアポを取るぐらいの勢いでないとハッピーエンドは来ないのかもしれません。バカなので、当面は万事においてTOEFLと同じ対応をしようと思います。
この連休で感情議会の委員が変わり先週と比べて、サンチマンタリスム強めの放埓な構成となったので、来週以降の議会運営に不信感が募っています（「猿の議会」風）。
激安セールのNEWハンバーガ店 塔姆(TAMU)がすごい！！
最近インフルエンサーとは何じゃらほいとこのブログを放置して悩んでいました。
放置しすぎて、NyoNyumのGMには「そろそろ復活させたら？」と死んだことにされていました。ちょっと休んで考えていただけです。
今日はそんなことがどうでもよくなるぐらい、とっても愉しいお店を見つけましたのでご紹介します。
魅惑の四字熟語
いつも通り作業をしようと、プノンペンの中国大使館近くのマックスバリューにいきました。ブログをやすんでいる間にカフェが高いことに気づいて、最近は8時以降になるとパンが0.3ドルから買えるマックスバリューのイートインコーナーに入り浸っています。
家から自転車を飛ばして、マックスバリューに入ろうとしたら、大好きなすごい漢字が目に飛び込みました。
買一送一
これはひとつ買うともう一つついてくるという意味の最強の四字熟語です。香港で学びました。
これはマックスバリューのお向かいにできた新しいハンバーガ屋さんです。そのお店のバナーでした。 先週ぐらいに新装開店のパチンコ屋よろしく花輪が飾られていましたが、ちょっと高級そうな見た目だったので申告敬遠で歩かせていました。
「買一送一があると入店する」というオモシロさに対するフェールセーフが発動するようになっているので、ワクワクしながら入店しました。
レジ横にも広告があったので、指さして「This OK?」というとどうやら大丈夫とのことでした。
ついでに1杯2ドルの奶茶（ミルクティー）も注文して計4ドルでした。
お店の雰囲気
店内は家具がちょっとおしゃれで新しく綺麗なので、快適です。
人の出入りが少ないので、ファストフード店とは思えないような高級感があります。
お店の外には煌々と輝くマックスバリューがみえます。近いのでマックスバリューのイートインのWi-Fiがここまで飛んできていました。
すごいのが、でてきた！
バーガー2つは約束通りです。ついでに奶茶も2個でした。
どういうわけかとレジで聞くとオープンセールで一部のバーガーを除いて買一送一になっているということでした。チラシの1.99ドルの意味が分かりませんが、とにかく買一送一という事だそうです。
ハンバーガーは香辣鸡腿堡という漢字そのまま、辛いソースのフライドチキンバーガーでした。辛いのが苦手なので味は残念でしたが、買一送一なので超満足でした。
伝えたいという衝動！
この数日間、「このインターネットってなんじゃらほい。それで稼ぐインフルエンサーってなんじゃらほい。」と情報業、広告業でインターンをする奴として考えてみました。NyoNyumにでかでかと広告を載せると数万円かかるのが、インフルエンサーというのではとても安くお願いできるとか。
結局スペアタイムであふれている人の界隈で回っている経済ではないかとかも考えました。
けれど大好きな買一送一を見つけた時、とにかく誰かに伝えたいと思ってカンボジア若者会というLINEのグループに載せました。
やばいやつになりましたが、好きという衝動はすごいと体験的に理解しました。
好きなことだったら、聞き手を無視してべらべらしゃべるのが人間の本性だと。
今日の僕は、ただ安いだけの2ドルバーガーと奶茶を食べたら、買一送一どころかもっとたくさん貰いました。是非皆さんも買一送一を見たら入ってみましょう！金銭的に損しないことは確かです。

今日は精神的に調子の悪い一日でした。
午前は、WEB戦略の会議に参加しました。経営・管理側と営業・制作側とで生まれる視点の違いに感心しながら、意思疎通の難しさを学びました。
午後は、インスタグラムの投稿や資料の整理、WEB記事の制作といった通常の業務でした。
終業後に、「中華料理通り」ことモニボン通りにある「中国拉麺」で牛肉拉麺を食べました。雑切りの高菜と牛肉がのった、薄い鶏ガラ出汁の面の太い拉麺は2ドルという値段もあってとてもおいしく思いました。机が並んだ狭い店で、大衆がせかせか食事している雰囲気は、今日の僕には面白くなかったです。
食後はボンケンコンの63通りを南に歩き、ボンケンコン市場のあたりでトゥクトゥクに乗り家に帰りました。
帰宅後は、SNSで少し精神的なダメージを受けました。何かを考えたり、実行する気力を感じられなかったので、職場の人に借りた「破天荒フェニックス」という小説風の自叙伝を読みました。およそ半分のところで就寝時間になったので、明日に持ち越しです。

今日はカンボジアのノロドム・シハモニ国王のエンスローンメント（enthronement:即位）記念日で休日でした。
午前中は、野球漫画のアニメ『メジャー』のダイジェストを6シーズンすべて見ました。5時間で6年間ぐらいテレバイズ（terevise:テレビ放送）していたアニメのおよその流れをつかみました。
午後は、メジャーの感動でややアブセントマインデッド（absent-minded:放心状態）になりながら、近所のカフェでインターン日記⑨を書きました。
途中でやる気がなくなって最近マイブームの「Familiy Guy」をyoutubeで見ました。絵はディライトフル（delightful:愉快にするような）なタッチですが、内容がインセイン（insane:頭がおかしい）なアニメです。
夜まで作業して、夕食は近所のマックスバリューで食べました。パンとサラダが夜8時以降で半額になるのでよく利用しています。
夕食後は家でストレッチをして、このふりかえりを書いています。
Today was a enthronement day of Canbodian king, and national holiday.
In the morning, I watched digest videos of Japanese baseball animation "Major" from season 1 to 6. It had tirevised for 6 years long, but I could understand its story in 5 hours.
In the afternoon, I was absent-minded due to the impression of the animetion, and I wrote Intern-Daily⑨ (Japanese crappy article).
While working I got bored, so I watch "Family guy" a American anime I am absorbed in.
I worked till night and went Maxvalue a Japanese supermarket to buy dinner. After 8 pm, all breads and salads become half price, so I often go there.
After dinner, I'm writing this after stretching.
Ho Chi Min Slapstick Weekend-Trip (Day 2)

A Japanese Guest House "USAGIYAH" at Ho Chi Min
I stayed the night at USAGIYAH, a guest house run by Japanese owner.
I wanted to get sightseeing informations from Japanese tourists staying there. Really there are many Japaneses and no Non-Japanese. AND no English in they web-site.
I don't like there Japanese atomsphere, but I like the bed of dormitory stile room. It was clean and enough large to take selfy.
Place The Vietman War Ended
Ho Chi Min city was begun with the new country of unified vietnam, called Socialist Republic of Vietnam. This city was the capital of South Vietnam (officaily is Republic of Vietnam) and called Saigon till the end of Vietnam war. After ending of war, the name was changed to Ho Chi Min, come from a former reader of Nothe Vietnam.
The Vietnam war was ended on April 4, 1976. After US evacuate oparetion, the tanks and troops of the North stormed into the prime minisrer's office at Saigon.
You can see the conditon of the city and the prime minister's office on the day, in this vedio.
The office will be shown from 1:20 in this.
I went the office. Now it renamed Reunification Palace and opend to tourists as museum. We can see inside of once-presidental office and once-comannder office.
Upper building is for prime minister, so seems luxurious. There are cabinet's conforence room, rooms for prime misiter's family, offices etc.
While, under ground building is for war. There are facilities just for war.
Pictuer is a bed for the prime minister under war situation. This bed room is directry connected to the corridor without a door.
A Museum of Vietnam War
There is a museum of Vietnam war caled War Remnants Museum.
We can learn many thing about Vietinam war, backgrounds, weapons, dameges of defoliant (a chemical to kill the tree and crop, used in this war, caused serious damege to babies) and antiwar movement spread over the world.
Tanks, cannons, helicopters are displaied outside.
There are not only modern weapons like missiles and small land mines, but panels to show the changing of war.
There are also a room for journalists joined this war.
I was impressed by this picture and journalist "Taizo Ichinose". He tried to go Angkor wat, cambodia, amid the civil war and lost his life in there.
The Vietnamese Street Food "Banh mi"
I chose a Vietnamese sandwich called "Bahm mi" as my last meal of my trip.
It has meat, fried egg, some lettuce and soft french bread. I realy wanted to eat Bahm mi of "Hyunh Hoa Sandwich", one of the famous Bahn mi shop, but it opens from 2 pm. My bus also departure at 2 pm so I couldn't try it
Here is the shop location. I will definitely go there next time.
The Purpose of My Visit
This trip was not just a weekend trip. The main purpose was to get a new visa of Canbodia. Last time I got a E-visa (Aliens can choose E-visa(I don't know what E stand for) or Tourist-visa in normal), but sometime we have choose EI-visa, not listed in officail documents. I need EI to extend my visa for 6 months.
We don't need fill up any document without immigration card. Just bring the card and 35 USD (or 30 USD for Tourist-visa) to the visa office, we can buy new visa.
ベトナムのホーチミンに行ってきた！ドタバタ観光（後編）
先日、ホーチミン旅行の前半をお伝えしました。
旅行の後半のことはNyoNyumのインターン日記に書いているので、すこし真面目なこともつづりながら、2日目の様子をお伝えします。

ホーチミンの日本人宿「兎屋（うさぎや）」
ホーチミンのことをほとんど調べていなかったので、「地球の歩き方」を読むために日本人宿に泊まることにしました。
東南アジアの日本人宿は、少しいいゲストハウスという立ち位置で清潔でサービスがいいことがほとんどです。兎屋も例外なく綺麗なゲストハウスでした。公式ホームページのギャラリーには、ゲストハウスの雰囲気のわかる写真があります。
私はMIXドミトリーを利用しました。
兎屋ドミトリーのいいところは、ベッドが超広いことです。
カプセルホテルのような半分個室になっているセミダブルサイズのベッドで、内側では座って作業できる高さがあります。記念撮影もできました。
ゲストハウスには、そこで出会った人と一緒に行くことができる、いろいろなオプションツアーがあるので、計画に余裕が旅行にはおすすめです。今回の私のように1泊するだけだとすこしもったいないように思います。
ベトナム戦争終結の地
ホーチミンはベトナム戦争が終わったことでできた街です。もともとはサイゴンという名前でしたが、ベトナム戦争で勝利した北ベトナムの英雄の名前に変わりました。サイゴンは戦争で敗北したベトナム共和国（南ベトナム）の首都でした。
1975年4月30日、アメリカ軍の民間人避難作戦が完了したのち、サイゴンを包囲していた北ベトナムの軍勢がこの首相官邸に突入して戦争が終わりました。
陥落したときの首相官邸の様子は、上のサイトにある動画の1分20秒あたりで見ることができます。
芝生の広場と階段は今も残っています。
その首相官邸に行ってきました。統一会堂という名前で呼ばれています。
建物内部は博物館になっていて、南ベトナム首相官邸の様子を見学できます。屋外には突入した戦車のレプリカや戦闘機が展示されています。
建物内部は地上と地下で役割が分かれています。地上は開放的で明るく、鮮やかな色のじゅうたんや高級そうな調度品で飾られ、とても豪華です。
一転して、地下は戦争のためだけの空間です。防空壕としてだけでなく、戦争中の国家運営を行うための施設が詰まっています。
写真は地下にある首相専用ベッドです。寝室の入り口に仕切りはなく部屋の半分は共用の廊下になっています。
ベトナム戦争の博物館
首相官邸のすぐ近くにベトナム戦争の遺したものを展示している博物館があります。
ここでは戦争で実際に使用された武器、従軍記者の記録、枯葉剤の被害の記録、反戦運動の記録などベトナム戦争の全体像を学ぶことができます。
屋外には、戦車や大砲、戦闘機やヘリコプターが展示されています。
屋内ではミサイルといった現代兵器、地雷の展示だけでなく、戦争の背景や状況の変化を紹介するパネル展示などがありました。
従軍カメラマンのコーナーでは、日本人に関する展示もありました。
僕はこの一ノ瀬泰三さんの写真に感動しました。一ノ瀬さんはベトナム戦争が飛び火したカンボジアへひとりで取材に行き、シェムリアップで亡くなりました。
ベトナムの路肩フード バインミー
ベトナム最後のご飯は帰りのバス停近くにあったベトナムのパン、バインミーにしました。
バインミーは柔らかいフランスパンに野菜とお肉と目玉焼きとソースを挟んだサンドイッチ風のパンです。ほんとうはHyunh Hoa Sandwich shopのバインミーを食べたかったのですが、開店時間がバスの出発時刻と同じ午後2時だったので買えませんでした。
地球の歩き方に載っていたので、是非食べてみたかったです。
最終目的のビザ
2時に乗る予定だったバスが故障して、出発時間が3時になりましたが、無事国境につきました。
国境でのビザの取得は特別な申請用紙を記入する必要はなく、入国カードと現金35ドルをもってビザカウンターに行くと買うことができます。空港では印刷機で名前やパスポート番号がプリントされますが、ここでは手書きでした。
Ho Chi Min Slapstick Weekend-Trip (Day 1)
Last weekend, I went to Ho Chi Min, Vietnam to renew my Cambodian Visa. I’m going to write my 2 day trip detail in 2 article, this one ane next one. This post will tell you first day.

A Hotel Bus to Ho Chi Min from Phnom Penh
This trip was arranged as 2 days trip, go on Friday night and return on Sunday afternoon.
Before departure at night of Friday, I went a Japanese pub with my superior, then I pack cloths into my backpack.
My hotel bus looked so old hand.
I had booked a seat of this bus, but attendant showed to another seat.
This is a seat of the hotel bus. There are around 25 seats in upper and lower.
I already knew that the bed will be shared between 2, so I didn’t surprise.
Lunch and Urinate
Bus reached the destination Ho Chi Min at 11:30 am. originally it was planned to arrive at 9:30. While this 2 hour I really want to take a urine, but there was no toilet in bus and bus is stacking up. That was hard and I was patient.
The bus finally stopped at the bus station, I rushed to the Texas Chicken for toilet.
I planned to exchange dollar for Vietnam Dong, go to massage spa and have lunch at famous pho restaurant after arrived at 9, but ALL became Chicken.
Massage spa
I went miu miu spa 4. It’s located near the Bitexco Financial Tower so easy to go on foot, and I walked from the Chicken shop.
Bitexco Financial Tower has interesting appearance. The middle projection is helipad and observation deck at floor 49, around 178m. I didn’t up there, but you can go there for 20 dollars.
Let’s back to the spa. This spa seems famous in Japan. I found several Japanese and menu was written in Japanese and English. The outside sign also has Japanese.
I tried 70 minutes foot massage by the male therapist. Actually, there was no choice of therapist and course, since I didn’t make any reservation.
I couldn’t take any pictures inside of the spa, but you can see some picture in home page of the spa from HERE.
After the therapy I feel good, but while therapy I couldn’t help laughing, because it tickled.
Grab Bike Taxi
I used Grab (Taxi app same as Uber) in Ho Chi Min.
In Cambodia mostly “Grab” means 3 wheels small car taxi called Tuk-Tuk or Remork. On the other hand in Ho Chi Min it means bike taxi.
All Grab bike taxi drivers wear this green helmet. I thought this helmet is cool and tried to buy, but I couldn’t find at market.
I was surprised that everybody wear helmet even passengers. Drivers are bringing helmet for passenger and have passenger use it.
Diner at Cuc Gach Quan
In the pub at Friday night I heard from my superior that Ho Chi Min has really nice Vietnamese cuisine restaurant named Cuc Gach Quan.
The restaurant is located north of the city. It’s little far to walk, but using Grab is only 1.5 USD from central area.
The appearance of the restaurant likes an old house. At night it will be difficult to find, since there was not enough light. And this restaurant has another building on opposite side of the road. It means two building facing each other across the road.
I ordered two dishes, “Banana flower salad with steamed chicken” and “Fried spring roll”
It was first time to eat banana flower. The flower tastes slightly sweet and perfume was nice, but almost tasteless. The sour dressing and chicken were nice.
This two dishes and one drink totaled around 15 USD.
Oops！Same name but Wrong place
There is another Vietnamese cuisine restaurant calles “Cuc Gach Quan Café” near “Cuc Gach Quan”. The both names are similar, but seems different.
I think I made wrong when I put a pin to my destination in Grab apps and I arrived this café.
But I could prevent me to go wrong one, because I knew that there are two restaurant building facing each other and the café was facing a clothing shop.
I don’t know whether there is any relationship between these two restaurants or not.
